"Easy return, slow-ish refund"
Delivery went fine and the return process was simple. Nice. The only downside was that the refund took a bit longer than I expected. Meh

"Good quality with plenty of options"
I was a little cautious at first because I like to make sure I’m getting something reliable, but I ended up being happy with it. The quality felt solid, and there were plenty of options to choose from, which made it easier to find something that felt like a safe pick.

"A simple, comfy spot for a short stay"
I stayed here for a quick break it was exactly the kind of place I was hoping for, comfortable, quiet, and easy to settle into. The bed felt really soft after a long day, the heating worked without any fuss, and the room stayed nice and peaceful at night.
Everything looked clean when I arrived, including the bathroom, which always makes a big difference to me. It wasn’t trying to be fancy, but in my opinion that was part of the appeal, just a tidy, relaxing place where I could get a good night’s sleep. I’d happily stay here again.

"Friendly staff and a good overall visit"
The staff were really friendly and seemed to know exactly what they were doing, which is always reassuring, right? They answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or like I was bothering them. I did have to wait a little longer than I expected, but the overall experience was still good

"Good food and nice drinks, just one small issue"
I ate here and overall had a good experience. The food tasted fresh, the portions were fair, and my drink was cold and mixed well without being overly sweet. To be fair, the only thing that kept it from being a 5-star visit for me was that the chips could’ve been a bit hotter. Other than that, I’d still say it’s a solid spot and I’d go back.

"Warm little ceremony, SUCH a lovely place"
We had our ceremony at Gretna Green and it felt so warm, relaxed, and easy from start to finish. It wasn’t overdone or fussy at all, just calm and lovely, which was EXACTLY what we wanted.
The room had this really nice old-fashioned charm to it, and the people there made everything feel comfortable rather than stiff or awkward. Even though they must host loads of weddings, ours still felt personal and special.
The outside area was really too, perfect for a few photos and a little wander afterwards. We left feeling so happy with our choice and would absolutely recommend it.

"Had a minor issue with my order, so..."
Had a minor issue with my order, so I messaged them and my snap judgment was that it might turn into a whole thing. But they replied quickly and got it sorted without any fuss. Super easy, and it actually felt like they cared. I’d use gretnagreen.com again

"Pretty good overall, just a bit slower than others"
Overall, the wedding planning was good and everything came together nicely. Compared to some other vendors I’ve dealt with, the replies were a little slower at times, but they were still helpful once they got back to me.
